Children's Rescue Fund in New York, NY is seeking a Program Director (Lenox) to oversee the day-to-day management of the program in accordance with regulatory, contractual requirements and organizational standards. The role leads multi-disciplinary teams, ensures quality service provision, and collaborates with Administrative and Facilities staff to meet budgets and occupancy targets.

• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited college/university.
• NYS licensure (LCSW or LMSW) required.
• Minimum of four years human services experience with at least two years managerial/supervisory experience.
• Experience with multi-problem families and/or individuals desirable.
• Excellent analytical, evaluative, and human service management skills.
• Excellent organizational and supervisory skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors the program effectiveness to ensure goals and targets defined by DHS are met.
• Manages multi-disciplinary teams and ensures integrated service delivery to families.
• Ensures staff follow procedures and policies for quality service provision.
• Collaborates on annual operating budgets and monitor expenses within budgeted parameters.
• Ensures timely billing reports and coordination with fiscal department for inquiries.
• Reviews and approves purchases in line with procurement procedures.
• Collaborates with Facilities to maintain regulatory compliance and 95% occupancy.
• Leads CQI activities and audits to meet standards and improve service delivery.
• Submits timely reports to regulatory agencies as mandated.
• Hires, trains, coaches and supports direct reports; provides ongoing feedback.
