You will orchestrate end-to-end program delivery across customer engagement, data, measurement, and enterprise transformation, translating requirements into roadmaps and executive-ready updates. A strong background in MarTech and cross-functional leadership is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program or project management, preferably in digital/agency settings.
• Strong MarTech, customer engagement, data-driven marketing experience.
• Experience with enterprise transformation programs and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable roadmaps and status updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale cross-channel digital and marketing technology programs.
• Coordinate across client, Publicis Groupe teams and analytics, CRM, media groups.
• Shape program roadmaps with scope, milestones, risks, and ownership.
• Develop executive-facing communications and deliver project governance.
