Job summary

Razorfish in the United States is seeking a Senior Program Manager for a freelance engagement to lead end-to-end digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives across channels.

You will coordinate Creative, Media, Strategy, Production, Analytics, Technology, and Client teams, using Smartsheet for schedules, dashboards, risk logs, and executive reporting to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in digital/marketing/agency environments.
• Experience managing digital creative programs and integrated marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for digital creative experiences and paid media initiatives across channels.
• Manage complex projects involving creative development, paid media assets, websites, landing pages, and campaigns.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations with Smartsheet.
• Coordinate with Creative, Media, Strategy, Analytics, Production, Technology, and Client Services teams.
• Facilitate kickoffs, status meetings, reviews, and executive updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks with contingency plans.
• Manage scope, budgets, and delivery processes to stay on time and on budget.
• Drive operational excellence across workflows, asset production, and campaign launches.
• Maintain documentation, timelines, status reports, and communication plans.
• Monitor health, progress, and milestones; escalate issues when needed.
• Communicate decisions and next steps clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Partner with leads to support staffing, workload, and forecasting.
• Support process improvements for efficiency and collaboration.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
