Razorfish is seeking a VP, Program Management to lead large-scale, complex programs and drive operational excellence across integrated teams. This leader will oversee customer engagement, CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and digital transformation initiatives while partnering with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in Program Management, Client Services, CRM, Customer Experience, Digital Marketing, or Consulting.
• Proven experience leading large-scale CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty, or personalization programs.
• Strong client-facing leadership with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing 360-degree marketing initiatives across strategy, creative, media, analytics, technology, and CRM.
• Knowledge of customer journeys, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and data ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Oversee CRM, loyalty, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Partner with clients to develop CRM strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with strategy, analytics, data, media, creative, and technology teams.
• Establish governance, budgets, timelines, staffing plans, and success metrics.
