Job summary

Centene is seeking a Program Manager IV for a remote, nationwide role. You will lead enterprise-wide programs, provide leadership to matrixed teams, and present executive-level updates. The position requires strong PM skills, cross-functional collaboration, and responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in program or project management, and experience presenting to executives. PMP or PgMP is preferred; healthcare/managed care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Coordinate work of project managers/business analysts across functions (Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations).
• Develop dashboards for executive updates and project status reports.
• Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees to Executive team.
• Manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and strategic opportunities.
