The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in program or project management in healthcare or insurance, and strong planning, facilitation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in program or project management within healthcare or insurance operations.
• Experience managing and tracking projects, portfolios and/or programs.
• Ability to learn quickly on new projects with limited knowledge.
• Ability to execute tasks captured in a project plan.
• Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants at varying levels.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; articulate ideas clearly.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Serve as a liaison between the principal and enterprise teams, translating business needs into actionable plans.
• Lead Enterprise Activation coordination of weekly governance, leadership updates and quarterly reviews with key business partners.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, monitor dependencies and deliverables, and ensure alignment with milestones and priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, resolve delivery barriers, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders.
• Maintain program dashboards and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate with analytics, quality, compliance, legal, IT, and operational teams to embed Stars strategies into workflows.
