Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Program Delivery Governance Lead for the Stars Enablement Team to design and implement governance structures, drive performance improvements, and ensure regulatory alignment across the Stars program.

You will lead governance meetings, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to executives while coordinating with finance to manage OpEx and Admin budgets in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years in program delivery, governance, project management, audit, Stars and/or quality.
• Comfort with budgets and financial resources.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to articulate ideas effectively in writing and speaking.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance governance process for Stars, with leadership input.
• Design and maintain governance structures and forums to drive improvements.
• Coordinate with finance to organize Stars OpEx and Admin budgets.
• Lead governance meetings, facilitate decisions, document outcomes.
• Review, analyze and report results; provide actionable insights.
• Advise executives on governance matters; contribute to strategy.
• Implement and monitor changes to governance processes for continuous improvement.
• Exercise independent judgment on complex issues with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate across business units to promote alignment and accountability.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Identify key decision points and escalate appropriately for leadership.
• Communicate changes when agenda or attendees shift; stay organized.
• Interface with executives and stakeholders at all levels.
