Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in healthcare or insurance operations
• Ability to learn quickly and execute tasks from a project plan
• Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills

Responsabilidades

• Manage the delivery of Stars-related projects within Stars Enterprise Activation, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and governance with analytics, quality, compliance, IT, and operations
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans and dashboards; track KPIs and provide status updates to leadership
• Facilitate meetings with multiple participants and communicate progress, decisions, and next steps
