Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) for the Stinger Finance team within LADS. The role is hybrid (onsite & remote) with interaction across finance, engineering, operations, contracts, and the program office.

The ideal candidate will have >5 years in finance/accounting, EV experience preferred, and strong presentation/communication skills. Location options include Tucson, AZ, with relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and variance analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to financial management systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
• Support Earned Value Management and variance analysis.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
• Support monthly forecasting and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide support for internal program reviews and chart development.
• Meet CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables).
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership.
