Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) within the LADS Production program area in a hybrid onsite/remote role. The candidate will interact with finance, engineering, operations, contract and program offices to deliver cost controls and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in finance/accounting, EV/MCM experience, EAC development, and DoD program exposure, plus strong communication skills. U.S. citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years finance/accounting experience; or Advanced degree with 3 years experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
• Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
• U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractual requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly program reports
• Support Earned Value Management implementation and variance analysis
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
• Support the monthly forecasting process with stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates
• Provide support for internal program reviews with charts and presentations
• CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables)
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership
