Job summary
Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) for a hybrid role to support the Stinger Finance team within the LADS Mission Area. The preferred candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Tucson, AZ, Andover, MA, Huntsville, AL, McKinney, TX, Ft. Collins, CO, or Ft.
Lauderdale, FL, with relocation not offered. The role focuses on preparing weekly and monthly program reports, EV management, forecasting, and providing decision support to program leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Math; 5+ years finance/ accounting experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and variance analysis
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, formulas), Word and PowerPoint
- U.S. citizenship required for access to the financial management system
Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly program reports.
- Support Earned Value Management implementation and variance analysis.
- Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs).
- Support monthly forecasting with stakeholder coordination and plan updates.
- Provide support for internal program reviews with charts and presentations.
- CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables).
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership.
