Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) for the Stinger Finance team. This hybrid role collaborates with finance, engineering, operations, contracts and the program office to deliver rigorous cost control and earned value governance.

Responsibilities include weekly/monthly program reports, EAC development, forecasting coordination, internal reviews, and data-driven decision support. U.S. citizenship is required; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• > Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 5 years professional finance/accounting experience; OR an Advanced degree with 3 years professional finance/accounting experience
• > Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and/or variance analysis
• > Experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas), Word, and/or PowerPoint
• > U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements

Responsibilities

• Preparing weekly and monthly program reports
• Supporting internal Earned Value Management implementation and maintenance, including variance analysis and monthly EV deliverables
• Development of quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs)
• Supporting the monthly forecasting process, including stakeholder coordination and Rplan updates
• Providing support for internal program reviews, including chart development and presentation
• CSDR reporting requirements (1921 deliverables)
• Providing ad-hoc analysis and decision support to program leadership
