Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3) to support a portfolio within the AET & IKCA Finance team in Tucson, AZ. This onsite role includes relocation assistance for the right candidate.

You will manage cost controls, reporting, forecasting, and program analysis using SAP APEX, PRISM, and EVM tools. Collaboration with finance, program management, and contracts is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years of experience (3+ with advanced degree).
• Experience interpreting and analyzing large financial data sets.
• Experience preparing financial briefings for management/peers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, cost analysis, or program financial management.
• Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance (Day 1).
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables and reporting requirements.
• Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers with partner units and verify funding levels/scope.
• Prepare monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio using Rplan.
• Analyze program financial data to support cost collection, forecasting, reporting, and management.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for program and Finance management.
• Review data to identify variances between planned and actual costs.
• Coordinate with Finance, Program Management, and other units to obtain/validate financial information.
