Job summary

RTX is seeking an early-career finance professional to support program finance activities, including internal and external financial reporting, proposal development, EAC development, and FP&A. The role will support program and functional organizations with financial reporting, forecasting, analysis, and presentation of financial information.

Remote work is available for this US-based role, with focus on SAP/APEX, EVM, and WBS.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience required.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting and communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables.
Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) including costs, risks and opportunities.
Perform variance analysis between budget baseline and EAC.
Maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) in SAP and APEX.
Prepare budgets and Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
Support cost estimates for new proposals and basis-of-estimate development.
Coordinate with stakeholders on financial requirements and objectives.
Support internal and external financial reporting activities.
