RTX is seeking an early-career finance professional to support program finance activities within the Advanced Products and Solutions portfolio. You will handle internal and external financial reporting, proposal development, EACs, and FP&A tasks, collaborating with program and functional teams to analyze forecasts and present financial information.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in finance or related role preferred.
• Proficient Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; strong written and verbal communication.
• U.S. Citizen – required to access information under program/contract.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare weekly and monthly program financial reports and customer deliverables.
• Prepare monthly sales, profit, and cash forecasts.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) including costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Support cost estimates for new business proposals; assist basis-of-estimate development.
