Job summary

RTX is seeking a Principal Specialist in Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls) to support East Coast factories. You will manage weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI deliverables, and drive value through change-management protocols based on critical analysis.

The role requires excellent communication across stakeholders and the ability to prioritize in a geographically spread, deadline-driven setting. Strong experience with SAP and advanced Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in a relevant role, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM) and Analytics tools; strong Excel skills.
• Track record of developing, updating, and reporting financial and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial program cost control support to East Coast Factories.
• Execute weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI deliverables.
• Develop and implement change-management protocols to add value through rigorous analysis.
• Transfer knowledge and communicate clearly across multi-functional stakeholders.
• Prioritize tasks in a dynamic, geographically dispersed environment.
