RTX's Manufacturing Finance Organization is seeking a Principal Specialist, Operations Finance (Program Cost Controls) to support East Coast Factories. You will provide financial program cost control support and manage KPI deliverables weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

The role emphasizes change management, cross-functional communication, and prioritizing resources in a dispersed, deadline-driven environment, with collaboration across value stream finance and business operations finance teams.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience using SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, and Microsoft Excel with advanced skills.
• Experience developing, updating, and statusing financial and performance metrics and analysis-driven reports.

In this role your main responsibility will be supporting the East Coast Factories. In this role you’ll be responsible for executing all weekly/monthly/Quarterly KPI deliverables. You will help construct and execute change management protocols generating value to the executingoriginations via critical analysis.

You must have excellent communication skills to be able to transfer knowledge, resolve conflicts and relay critical information across all multi-functional stakeholder environments.

Lastly, you will prioritize resources in a dynamic geographically dispersed, and deadline driven environment. A successful candidate will also seek to utilize their talents to drive collaboration with the broader value stream finance and business operations finance team.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
• Experience in using SAP Business Systems (ex: APEX, PRISM), Analysis for Office, Microsoft Office suite with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in an independent role tasked to develop, update, and status financial and performance metrics and analysis driven reports

• Experience supporting manufacturing-based environment.
• Practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics within one work area.
