RTX is seeking a Principal Cost Control Specialist to support a portfolio of dispersed factories in McKinney, TX, El Segundo, CA, and Forest, MS. You will drive cost control processes, KPI reporting, and value realization through data-driven analysis and effective stakeholder communication.

You will help prioritize resources, develop tools, and execute change management to maximize manufacturing efficiencies and cost commitments across geographically spread operations.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Ability to present business acumen to stakeholders without a financial background.
• Experience with SAP PRISM/BIW, IMI or MPDP and MS Office tools.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis and apply best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to drive analytical capability growth and clear ownership of results.

• Gather and analyze operational, financial, and factory performance metrics.
