Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Principal Cost Controls Specialist to support the Surveillance operations manufacturing finance team in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on forecasting HPUs, labor utilization, indirect spend, and PRISM pools to drive site productivity and efficiency.

You will perform cost and schedule analyses, help develop quarterly EACs, and provide financial guidance to program leads. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and SAP experience are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 5 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with SAP (APEX/PRISM, Business Warehouse or similar programs).
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Operate with independence; forecast, identify risks, and plan financially.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and financial overviews.
• Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance using standard tools.
