RTX is seeking a Principal Cost Control Specialist to support a portfolio of dispersed factories in McKinney, TX, El Segundo, CA, and Forest, MS, deploying consistent financial processes and KPI-driven insights across manufacturing operations.

You will drive cost analysis, develop tools, and execute change management to maximize efficiency while communicating complex data clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 5 years relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in related field; 3 years experience.
• Experience presenting to stakeholders without financial background.
• Experience with SAP PRISM/BI Warehouse or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis.
• Drive analytical capability growth with working teams.
• Build business relationships and trust with stakeholders.
• Identify drivers and trends; consolidate information and advise solutions.
