Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Principal Cost Controls Specialist to support the Surveillance Operations Manufacturing Finance team. The role focuses on forecasting HPUs, touch labor utilization, indirect spend, and other metrics to drive site productivity and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will provide cost and schedule analyses, develop quarterly EACs, and offer financial guidance to program leads. Strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and SAP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• An advanced degree with 3+ years of experience is acceptable.
• Experience within SAP and MS Office is expected.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, identify risks, and plan financially with independence.
• Provide thorough cost and schedule analysis.
• Coordinate quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Offer financial guidance to Program Teams and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and reporting activities.
