Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Finance Principal Cost Controls Specialist to support Surveillance factories in a high-energy role onsite in McKinney, TX. The role emphasizes cost control, forecasting, and quarterly EAC development.

You will partner with Program Teams and Leads, delivering financial analyses and reporting using standard tools, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and relevant experience; advanced degree optional.
• Experience with SAP/APEX/PRISM, BW or similar.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present data to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, identify risks, and support financial planning with independence.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis and quarterly EAC development.
• Offer financial guidance to Program Teams and Leads; support reporting.
• Prepare finance charts for PMRs and other senior leadership reviews.
