Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 3 for its Azusa, CA onsite team. You will help prepare budgets, schedules, and funding profiles, and perform variance analysis to ensure contract alignment and government cost control compliance.

The role requires EVM experience, accounting and EV systems knowledge, plus strong financial analysis and MS Office skills; SAP/Cobra experience is a plus in a defense environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience – OR - Master’s degree with 3 years of business management or program control experience
• No clearance required to start
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• Experience with accounting systems and EV systems
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Experience with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work and assist with financial analyses
• Maintain records of expenditures and funding availability
• Submit requests for additional funding to the government
• Support intercompany programs and site General Manager
• Develop and review EACs and provide earned value deliverables
