Job summary

Abode is seeking a Program Coordinator to supervise the provision of services to program participants in the County, through direct staff supervision of staff.

You will engage in county-wide meetings, track program goals and effectiveness, support staff during client crises, ensure real-time data entry, and collaborate with Data Specialists on reporting to funders to maximize funding and program deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, sociology, or related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in human services or related field.
• 1 year direct experience in homeless services or with extremely low incomes.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid CA driver's license, insurance, and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and leadership to the assigned team.
• Participate in county-wide meetings and provide feedback on successes and design needs.
• Track and evaluate program goals and effectiveness.
• Support staff during client crises and assist with problem solving.
• Provide coaching, training, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Ensure real-time, accurate data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with Data Specialists on funder reporting.
• Monitor staff contacts with participants to maximize funding.
• Facilitate case conferences and administrative meetings.
• Develop program materials, tools, policies, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
