Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator (Confidential) for the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. This position reports to the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and supports the development, implementation, coordination, and ongoing administration of strategic initiatives related to the University's civil rights functions. Working closely with senior leadership, the Senior Program Coordinator assists with efforts to strengthen the University's civil rights infrastructure, improve coordination across relevant offices and stakeholders, and develop consistent, effective, and accessible processes for addressing civil rights-related matters across the institution.
The position requires independent judgment, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment. Responsibilities include project and implementation planning, research and benchmarking, process development and documentation, stakeholder coordination, preparation of reports and briefing materials, and development of tools and resources to support effective program operations.
