Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling across medium to large-scale programs, integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework while managing interdependencies, risks, and resource alignment.

You will partner closely with project managers and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions and ensure program objectives are met from early estimating through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling for medium to large-scale programs with meticulous detail.
• Integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive program schedule.
• Identify and correlate program schedule activities with program plans.
• Provide periodic updates to Program Management and senior leadership.
• Analyze interdependencies and proactively mitigate risks and conflicts.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Define and refine program-level objectives with senior leadership.
• Guide project controls teams with authoritative scheduling oversight.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies regularly.
• Communicate clearly with project teams and stakeholders on critical developments.
• Deliver analytical updates to senior leadership on progress and achievements.
