Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Manager to lead program controls for large-scale, complex programs at a senior level. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with executive objectives and providing guidance to project controls teams.

The role emphasizes coordination across teams, risk assessments, and implementation of standardized processes to improve efficiency and resource allocation. Excellent communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Project Management, Engineering, or Business plus 10 years of related experience, including 2 years of leadership.
• Masters degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct Program Controls for large-scale, strategically significant programs.
• Provide authoritative senior-level guidance for program controls activities.
• Coordinate across multiple projects within the program for seamless alignment with goals.
• Identify and address critical interdependencies between projects.
• Deliver counsel and oversight to project controls teams.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams, stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Implement and maintain control measures to safeguard program integrity.
• Develop standardized processes to enhance program efficiency across all phases.
• Conduct regular program performance assessments and risk analyses.
• Foster accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
