Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Scheduling Manager to lead scheduling for medium to large-scale programs, coordinating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework. You will partner with project managers and senior leadership to guide decisions, manage interdependencies, risks, and resource alignment from early estimating through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of related experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling activities for medium to large-scale programs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Spearhead scheduling across multiple projects within a program and integrate schedules into a comprehensive program schedule.
• Analyze interdependencies between projects, mitigate risks, and resolve conflicts to maintain program integrity.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Maintain relationships with senior leadership to align program objectives with organizational goals.
• Provide scheduling guidance and oversight to project controls teams.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and adjust as necessary.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver updates on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior leadership.
