Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Program Controls Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling across medium to large programs in an on-site Florida setting, aligning project and program schedules, guiding interdependencies, risks, and resource alignment.

You will partner with project managers and senior leaders, provide authoritative scheduling oversight from estimating through construction and closeout, and deliver updates to Program Management.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience with schedule evolution from estimating through design to closeout.
• Experience with schedule management on transportation programs.
• Experience reviewing Contractor's Baseline / Update / TIA schedules.
• Experience developing Construction Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling activities for medium to large programs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Lead scheduling across multiple projects within a program, integrating schedules into a comprehensive program schedule.
• Identify, develop, and correlate program schedule activities with program plans.
• Provide periodic updates and documentation to Program Management.
• Conduct analysis to identify interdependencies and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization.
• Maintain relationships with senior leadership to align program objectives and goals.
• Provide scheduling guidance and oversight to project controls teams.
• Implement and monitor risk mitigation strategies and adjust as needed.
• Facilitate clear communication between project teams and stakeholders.
