Job summary

AECOM seeks a Program Controls Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling across medium to large-scale programs, integrating multiple project schedules into a cohesive program framework. You will partner with project managers and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions, provide authoritative scheduling oversight, and ensure program objectives are met from early estimating through construction and closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; eight years of relevant scheduling experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience on schedule evolution from estimating through design-construction-closeout, including changes.
• Experience with schedule management on transportation, water or infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduling activities for medium to large-scale programs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Integrate multiple project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule and manage interdependencies and risks.
• Provide periodic updates and documentation to Program Management and senior leadership.

Education

BA/BS plus eight years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
