Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Controls – Senior Scheduler to support the planning, development, maintenance, analysis, review and reporting of design and construction schedules for projects throughout the Boston area.

The successful candidate will have strong technical scheduling expertise, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a transparent, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 8+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in resource-loaded design and construction schedules using CPM.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain cost- and resource-loaded schedules using Primavera P6.
• Review contractor schedule submissions for compliance with contractual requirements.
• Perform schedule reviews including logic, durations, calendars, and loading.
• Prepare biweekly and monthly schedule update analyses and progress reports.
• Assess progress against baselines and milestones, and identify corrective actions.
• Develop look-ahead, mitigation, and recovery schedules; run TIAs.
