Competenze

• Experience with schedule evolution from estimating through design - construction - closeout including changes.
• Experience with schedule management on transportation programs.
• Experience on review/development of Time Impact Analysis is preferable.
• Candidate should have experience in reviewing Contractor's Baseline / Update / TIA schedules.
• Candidate should have experience in developing Construction Schedule.

Mansioni

• Oversee and execute scheduling-related activities for medium to large-scale programs with meticulous attention to detail.
• Spearhead scheduling efforts across multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and seamlessly integrating project schedules into a comprehensive program schedule.
• Identify, develop, and correlate program schedule activities with associated program plans.
• Provide periodic updates and documentation to Program Management.
• Conduct thorough analysis to identify and address interdependencies between projects, proactively mitigating risks and resolving conflicts to maintain program integrity.
• Engage in strategic collaboration with project managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization, critical to program success.
• Maintain close working relationships with senior leadership to define and refine program-level objectives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide authoritative scheduling guidance and rigorous oversight to project controls teams, ensuring effective management of individual project elements and overall program cohesion.
• Implement and continuously monitor risk mitigation strategies, conducting regular evaluations to ensure their effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
• Facilitate clear, concise, and timely communication between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are fully informed of critical program developments.
• Deliver comprehensive and analytical updates to senior leadership on program progress, challenges, and achievements, providing strategic insights for decision-making.
