Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 8+ years of experience or equivalent
• Experience managing schedules across complex programs with transportation, water, or aviation infrastructure preferred
• Strong collaboration with project managers and senior leadership to guide program decisions

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling activities for medium to large programs with meticulous attention to detail
• Integrate multiple project schedules into a cohesive program schedule
• Identify interdependencies and proactively mitigate risks across projects
• Collaborate with project managers to optimize resource allocation for program success
• Maintain alignment with senior leadership to define program objectives and deliverables
• Provide scheduling guidance and oversight to project controls teams and stakeholders
• Monitor risk mitigation strategies and adjust as needed
• Communicate program progress and challenges clearly to senior leadership
