Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst for the F/A-18 programs at NAS Norfolk, VA. You will drive strategic program analysis, manage multi-million dollar budgets, and track acquisition schedules to support readiness and lifecycle sustainment of naval aviation systems.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, a MA/MS, and 10+ years of experience in program analysis or defense acquisition, with expert knowledge

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
• Expert knowledge of the NAVAIR PMA environment, defense procurement, and milestone review structures.
• Strong analytical, predictive modeling, and technical writing skills for senior leadership review.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level program objectives and identify critical-path constraints.
• Synthesize cross-functional requirements, execution statuses, budgets, and master schedules to provide risk assessments for leadership.
• Lead complex analyses to support structural program decisions and long-range acquisition strategies.
• Coordinate collection and integration of data across aircraft, weapons, acquisition, and sustainment programs.
• Enforce government processes for configuration change control, milestone documentation, and data management lifecycles.
• Create tracking frameworks and author executive summaries for senior military and civilian stakeholders.
