Job summary

ACET, Incorporated, a veteran-owned defense contractor, is seeking a Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst to drive strategic program analysis at NAS Norfolk, VA. You will advise leadership, evaluate budgets, schedules, and data to support readiness and lifecycle sustainment of naval aviation systems.

Must have DoD Secret clearance, an MA or MS, 10+ years of experience, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Master of Arts (MA) or Master of Science (MS) degree from an accredited institution.
Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
Expert-level understanding of the NAVAIR PMA environment and defense procurement pathways.
Strong analytical, predictive modeling, and technical writing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate objectives and mitigation strategies.
Synthesize budgets, statuses, and schedules to provide risk assessments to leadership.
Lead analyses to support decisions, trade-offs, and acquisition strategies.
Direct collection and translation of large data sets across programs.
Enforce change control and documentation lifecycles.
Create executive summaries and technical reports for senior stakeholders.
