Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) seeks a Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst for NAS Norfolk, VA. The role drives strategic program analysis, budgets, and schedules, acting as a principal advisor to ensure readiness and lifecycle sustainment of naval aviation systems.

The position requires a DoD Secret Clearance, a MA/MS degree, and 10+ years in program analysis or defense acquisition, with expert knowledge of NAVAIR PMA and leadership-ready communication skills.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret Clearance required or ability to obtain.
• MA/MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
• Expert knowledge of the NAVAIR PMA environment, defense procurement pathways, and milestone review structures.
• Strong analytic, predictive modeling, and technical writing skills for senior leadership review.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level program objectives and identify critical-path constraints.
• Synthesize cross-functional requirements, execution statuses, budgets, and master schedules to provide risk assessments to leadership.
• Lead complex analyses to support structural program decisions and long-range acquisition strategies.
• Direct data collection, integration, and translation across aircraft, weapons, and sustainment programs.
• Enforce government change control, milestone documentation, and data management lifecycles.
• Develop tracking frameworks and author executive summaries for senior military and civilian stakeholders.
