Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated, a Veteran Owned small business, seeks a Senior Program / Project / Management Analyst for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River.

In this senior role you will drive strategic program analysis, evaluate multi-million dollar budgets, and manage data workflows, change control, and performance metrics to support readiness and lifecycle sustainability of naval aviation systems.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
• Expert-level understanding of the NAVAIR PMA environment and defense procurement pathways.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and senior leadership report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate high-level program objectives.
• Critique and synthesize budgets, statuses, and schedules to inform risk assessments for leadership.
• Lead complex analyses to support decisions, trade studies, and long-range strategies.
• Manage data across aircraft, weapons, and sustainment programs and ensure data integrity.
• Support configuration change control, milestone documentation, and data lifecycle processes.
• Create executive summaries and reports for senior military and civilian stakeholders.
