Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated is seeking a Journeyman Program / Project / Management Analyst to support the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. The role analyzes program data, tracks schedules, and ensures documentation aligns with government processes.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 3–10 years of defense acquisition experience, with DoD/NAVAIR familiarity and proficiency in MS Project and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–10 years of direct experience in program analysis, project tracking, or defense acquisition management.
• Familiarity with DoD/NAVAIR program office environments and milestone review processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate objectives, track milestones, critical paths, and statuses.
• Analyze requirements, updates, budget data, and schedules to identify risks.
• Perform analyses to support decision-making, trade studies, and alternatives.
• Collect and interpret data on aircraft, weapons, and acquisition programs.
• Apply official documentation control, change management, and secure data lifecycle processes.
