The position demands DoD Secret clearance, over 10 years in defense analysis, and exemplary technical writing for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
• Elite analytical and predictive modeling capabilities; strong technical writing skills for senior leadership.

Responsabilités

• Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and risks.
• Synthesize budgets, schedules, and requirements to deliver actionable risk assessments to leadership.
• Lead complex analyses to support long-range acquisition strategies and decision trade-offs.
• Coordinate data collection and management across aircraft, weapons, and sustainment programs.
• Ensure compliance with government configuration change control and documentation lifecycles.
• Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior military and civilian stakeholders.
