Job summary

ACET, Incorporated in Virginia seeks a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst designated as Key Personnel to drive strategic program analysis for the F/A-18 program at NAS Norfolk. The role requires advanced analytical techniques, budget and schedule tracking, and integration of large data sets to support decision making.

The position demands DoD Secret clearance, over 10 years in defense analysis, and exemplary technical writing for senior leadership.

Qualifications

DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
Elite analytical and predictive modeling capabilities; strong technical writing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and risks.
Synthesize budgets, schedules, and requirements to deliver actionable risk assessments to leadership.
Lead complex analyses to support long-range acquisition strategies and decision trade-offs.
Coordinate data collection and management across aircraft, weapons, and sustainment programs.
Ensure compliance with government configuration change control and documentation lifecycles.
Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior military and civilian stakeholders.
