Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Incorporated seeks a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to drive strategic program analysis for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Patuxent River. You will advise leadership, manage complex data, and ensure readiness and lifecycle sustainment of naval aviation systems.

The role requires DoD-level experience, advanced analytics, and exemplary technical writing skills for executive review and ongoing program planning.

Qualifications

DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
Master of Arts or Master of Science from an accredited institution.
10+ years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
Strong analytical, predictive modeling, and technical writing skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to evaluate program objectives and risks.
Synthesize budgets, schedules, and requirements to provide risk assessments to leadership.
Lead analyses to support decisions, trade studies, and long-range acquisition strategies.
Coordinate data collection and translation across aircraft, weapons, and sustainment programs.
Enforce government processes for change control, documentation, and data management lifecycles.
Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior stakeholders.
