Job summary

Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) seeks a Senior Program/Project/Management Analyst to drive strategic program analysis and operational planning for the F/A-18 variants program at NAS Norfolk, VA. This high-visibility role provides critical decision support, governance of data management, and lifecycle sustainment planning for naval aviation systems.

The candidate will evaluate complex objectives, budgets, and schedules, communicating findings to senior military and civilian

Qualifications

DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a clearance.
MA or MS degree from an accredited institution.
Over 10 years of progressive experience in program analysis, defense acquisition, or project management.
Elite analytical and predictive modeling capabilities; strong writing for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Apply advanced qualitative and quantitative analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives and risks.
Synthesize budgets, master schedules, and cross-functional requirements for leadership.
Lead analyses to support trade-off studies and long-range acquisition strategies.
Coordinate data collection and translation across aircraft, weapons, and product sustainment programs.
Enforce government change control, milestones, and data management lifecycles.
Create executive summaries and technical reports for senior stakeholders.
