Job summary

Connexus Hub is seeking a Senior Program Analyst, Credit Risk Oversight, to lead analytical work and supervise an eight-person on-site team for a federal financial regulator in Southwest Washington, DC. The role blends hands-on analysis with daily site management to ensure timely, compliant reporting and decision-ready insights.

You will mentor junior analysts, develop dashboards, and coordinate with the contracting officer representative and program manager to maintain performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, economics, finance, statistics, or related field.
• Three or more years of progressive analytical experience at roughly GS-11 level.
• Advanced Excel with either BI/visualization tool familiarity.
• Experience planning contractor personnel transitions involving 3+ employees.
• Supervisory experience in a federal on-site environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass Tier 2 background investigation and obtain HSPD-12.
• Willingness to complete a credit report release as part of suitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses: scope, method, data collection, execution and presenting findings.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytic products used by leadership.
• Integrate financial, operational and qualitative data for decision-ready insights.
• Support financial reporting for lending and oversight programs.
• Perform management analysis to identify process weaknesses and improvements.
• Identify risks, data gaps and propose metric/process changes early.
• Write memos and briefings; present findings to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts as the internal reference on metrics and methods.
