Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of division/office priorities, goals, requirements, and objectives.
• Conduct research and analysis to maximize impact and minimize costs; manage deadlines and outcomes.
• Develop staffing plans, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
• Manage and reconcile program expenditures; integrate data into performance and ROI metrics.
• Support workforce development and training initiatives.
• Oversee records management and knowledge management processes.
• Analyze program output data for office accomplishments and impacts.
• Prepare status reports and briefings for government leadership.
