Job summary

Kitsap Credit Union is seeking a Credit Risk Analyst Manager to lead portfolio risk analytics, delinquency reporting, CECL data inputs, and performance monitoring. You will own production of portfolio performance reporting and provide insights for executive decision-making, underwriting improvements, and balance sheet optimization.

The role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and independent execution, reporting to the VP of Credit Administration in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.

Responsibilities

Own monthly portfolio performance reporting.
Monitor delinquency trends across lending portfolios.
Produce monthly delinquency dashboards and executive reporting.
Analyze roll rates, cure rates, charge-offs, and portfolio migration.
Identify emerging credit trends and performance deterioration.
Develop recommendations to improve portfolio quality and reduce losses.
