Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Management Operations Analyst V in the Washington, DC area to lead daily contract operations and policy development. The role requires coordinating resources, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring execution aligns with contract terms.

You will work with leadership and government customers to provide analytical insights, monitor milestones, and mitigate risks, ensuring program success and policy compliance across all activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management required; 10+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee day to day operations of the support contract.
• Policy formulation, workflow coordination, task prioritization, and resource planning.
• Manage staffing, workload distribution, performance tracking, and contract deliverables.
• Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate human resources, materials, and administrative assets to support goals.
• Integrate GA, BFM, and Strategic Planning across contract areas.
• Provide data driven insights and operational recommendations to leadership.
• Monitor milestones, assess risks, and propose mitigation to maintain alignment and compliance.
• Facilitate communications among stakeholders, government customers, and team members.
• Prepare and review operational reports, decision papers, briefs, and program documentation.
• Ensure all activities adhere to standards, requirements, and policies.
