Job summary

Connexus Hub Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our on-site real estate support team and own day-to-day delivery, staffing, quality control, and risk management for a large multi-tenant federal office environment.

You will coordinate with government leadership and cross-functional groups, manage mobilization efforts, develop SOPs and dashboards, and ensure timely delivery of plans, reports, and knowledge transfer to federal staff.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible program, real estate, or portfolio management experience.
• Five years supporting large or complex real estate organizations.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary professional services teams.
• Demonstrated experience with federal sector real estate programs.
• Experience supporting multi-tenant office portfolios or facilities exceeding 500,000 square feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated, multidisciplinary team supporting portfolio mgmt, accounts, occupancy, space data, finance, and amenities.
• Own the program's quality control, risk management, and performance reporting with exception-based insights.
• Serve as principal point of contact for government leadership and coordinate across facilities, security, budget, IT, and delivery.
• Direct mobilization activities including current-state review of real estate functions, workload, data, and governance.
• Oversee SOPs, process maps, templates, controls, and management dashboards development.
• Manage knowledge transfer to federal staff with guides, training materials, and transition sessions.
• Track deliverable schedules and ensure on-time delivery of plans, inventories, trackers, and reports.
