Job summary

Connexus Hub is building an eight-person support team for a federal regulator in Southwest Washington, DC. The Senior Program Analyst will lead complex analyses, build dashboards, and supervise site operations, acting as the primary contact for the COR and program manager.

This role emphasizes output and leadership in a hands-on environment. The position combines analytical work with supervisory duties, requiring a bachelor’s degree, several years of experience, and the ability to pass a Tier 2

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in public policy, public administration, business or related field is required.
• Three+ years of progressively responsible analytical experience at roughly GS-11 level.
• Advanced Excel and familiarity with a BI/visualization tool or quick to pick one up.
• Experience planning contractor personnel transitions involving three+ employees is required.
• Supervisory experience in a federal on-site environment including timekeeping and leave.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses: scope, method, data, execution, and findings.
• Build and maintain dashboards and analytic products used by leadership.
• Integrate financial, operational and qualitative data for decision-making.
• Support financial reporting for lending and lender oversight programs.
• Perform management analysis to identify process weaknesses and changes.
• Identify risks and data gaps early and propose metric/report/process changes.
• Write decision memos, white papers and briefings; present findings.
• Mentor junior analysts on metrics and methods.
• Supervise eight contractor staff and ensure site coverage.
• Certify timecards and attendance; coordinate payroll information with corporate.
• Track leave requests and maintain staffing schedules.
• Collaborate on time, wage and benefits questions; handle disciplinary matters.
• Maintain training and personnel records; surface problems to COR and program manager.
