• Experience with data analysis, trends, and informing decisions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and R for data processing.
• Knowledge of AI tools to improve processes (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).
• Excellent communication skills; able to present to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Excel, and Power BI for data visualization.
