Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Hardware Production Support Engineer in Tewksbury, MA to resolve production and test issues across RF, analog, and digital hardware. This on-site role requires collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering teams to drive robust manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience and the ability to obtain an Interim/Secret security clearance. Frequent site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in testing / troubleshooting RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuits.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain Interim/Secret security clearance is required.
• Experience with laboratory test equipment and production environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enhance electrical engineering skills with RF/analog/digital hardware testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Lead failure analysis and corrective action implementation.
• Support the transition to production of new products.
