RTX Corporation in Andover, MA is seeking a Production Test Engineer responsible for developing and executing automated and manual test procedures for SAW filter production. You will design test fixtures, analyze data, and drive improvements in quality and yield.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with RF/microwave test equipment, LabVIEW and MATLAB, and an active U.S. secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in production testing, preferably with RF/microwave components.
• Proficiency with test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
• Experience with automated test systems and software (LabVIEW, MATLAB).
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued secret security clearance is required prior to start date.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement automated and manual test procedures for SAW filter production.
• Design and maintain test fixtures and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable testing.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and yield.
• Collaborate with design, process, and manufacturing engineers to optimize SAW filter performance and manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality management systems.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on SAW filter testing techniques and equipment.
• Prepare detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
